1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition.

    • Returned in the original packaging.

  • If more than 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. To help us resolve this quickly, please:

  • Share an unboxing video as proof.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to coordinate effectively with our courier partners and ensure a fair resolution.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund via:

Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 working days. Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items.

  • Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
